Beyond our property services, Southern Vista manages sober living homes and develops supportive housing for people rebuilding their lives. Our first home, in Tucson, serves men in recovery — a safe, structured residence with on-site management and real accountability.
And it's the first of several. Future Southern Vista homes are planned for women in recovery and veteran-only residences — because different journeys need different doors, and everyone deserves a safe place to rebuild.
Our nonprofit partner, Southern Vista Veterans Advocates, extends this mission to veteran-focused housing and support. Every home we manage is run to a standard: safe, sober, structured, and accountable — because the environment is part of the recovery.
